Our story

We built this because we lost the leads too.

LeadPulse didn't come out of a software incubator. It came out of job sites, service trucks, and too many missed calls.

We're a small team with real time in local business and the trades — the kind of work where the phone ringing is payroll, and a call you miss is a job that quietly goes to the next name on Google.

We've been the crew halfway through a pour when the phone buzzes and there's no one free to answer. We've watched a hot lead fill out a form at 10 p.m., get no reply until Monday, and hire someone else by Tuesday. We've paid for the ads, the SEO, the truck wraps, and the reviews — then watched most of that hard-won traffic land on the website and just… leave.

The leads were never the problem. Catching them in time was.

When good AI assistants arrived, we saw it immediately: this is the thing that answers at 9 p.m., sizes up the job like a sharp estimator, and books the measure before the visitor bounces to a competitor. But every off-the-shelf chatbot we tried felt like exactly that — a bolted-on bubble that didn't know a slab from a service call, hallucinated prices, and made small businesses look worse, not better.

So we built the one we wished we'd had. An assistant that's trained on your trade, wears your brand, answers honestly, and treats every conversation like a lead worth keeping — because we know what one costs to earn, and what it stings to lose.

Trades-first, not tech-first

We speak contractor. The product is judged by booked jobs, not buzzwords.

Honest by design

The assistant won't invent prices or promises. We'd rather it say "let's get you a real measure" than guess.

Small team, hands-on

You work with the people who build it. No call center, no ticket queue, no runaround.

Local roots

Built and proven with real Denver-metro contractors — the same folks it's meant to help.
