Fully managed SEO for contractors. Somebody in your market is searching right now — make sure they find you first.
Fully managed SEO, done the unglamorous way. Type your own service and your own town into Google. There's your competitor, sitting in the map pack. He isn't better than you. He's just higher up. We fix that, and we do all of it: the pages, the profile, and at campaign scale the links and the press. You approve, we ship.
All three prices are on this page. No discovery call required to find out what it costs.
"My phone isn't ringing."
It's the same sentence every time. The site is up, somebody's taking money for marketing, there are visits in the dashboard — and the phone is quiet. Usually it's because you're showing up for people who were never going to hire anyone, and you're invisible to the ones who were.
is not a soft launch. Nobody scrolls to you. Being on page three of Google is the same as not being on Google.
is what the map pack shows on a phone. If you're not one of them for the searches that book work, you're not in the conversation.
Visits from people researching a DIY fix aren't leads. Ranking for the searches that carry a wallet is a different job.
She taps the map, skims two reviews, and calls one of them.
That's the whole decision. Furnace is out, it's cold, she types four words into her phone and picks from what's in front of her. She doesn't compare six contractors. She doesn't read your About page. She taps a name in the box, looks at the stars for about four seconds, and dials.
Our job is to make sure the name in that box is yours, for every service you sell in every town you'll drive to — and that when she does land on your site, something there actually answers her. Ranking gets her to the door. What happens next is the other half of the job, and it's why the chatbot is bundled into the first package instead of sold to you separately.
Things that either happened or didn't
"Ongoing optimization" is what an invoice says when nothing shipped. Here's the real list. Every item is countable, and every month you get the count.
Money pages
A page for every service you sell in every town you sell it in. Not blog filler — the pages someone lands on already holding their credit card.
The map pack
Your Google Business Profile rebuilt properly: categories, services, service areas, photos, posts. This is the box people actually tap.
Technical fixes
Speed, indexation, schema, internal links, the redirects your last redesign broke. Unglamorous, and it's usually why you're stuck.
Review velocity
A flow that asks every finished job for a review, so your rating reflects the work you did this year, not the work you did in 2019.
Links, earned
Real placements from sites with real audiences. No directory dumps, no private networks, nothing that gets you a manual action in eighteen months. Included from the Fully Managed tier up.
Press and digital PR
Releases and placements that put your name on sites Google already trusts. Included at the Blitzkrieg tier.
AI answers
People ask ChatGPT and Google's AI summary for a contractor now. Every package structures your pages so they can be quoted back; dedicated AI-answer optimization is included at the Blitzkrieg tier.
A report you can read
Pages shipped, links earned, keywords moved, calls and forms in. What we did and what it did. One page, every month.
Managed means: we write it, we build it, we publish it, we maintain it. You approve and you read the report. There is no portal for you to log into and no homework. Scope steps up by package — the cards below say exactly what's in each one.
You'll see work in week two. Rankings take longer.
Those are two different promises and most agencies blur them on purpose. Here's the split, so you know what you're paying for in month one versus what you're waiting on.
Week one — the audit
We pull your rankings, your competitors, and every technical fault on the site, and we baseline where you actually stand today. You get the raw list, including the ugly parts.
Week two — first pages ship
Money pages start going live. Your Google Business Profile gets rebuilt. Nothing is "in strategy" — there is work on the internet you can click.
Month two — volume
Pages, links, reviews and technical fixes on a weekly cadence. You get a report showing exactly what shipped. This is where the last agency went quiet and we do not.
Months three to six — movement
Rankings start to move. Not day one — anyone promising day one is selling you something. This is the honest window, and it's why the terms are what they are.
Own a town, own a market, or take a vertical.
Three campaigns, three sizes of fight. You step up when the fight gets bigger than the tools: Local Express wins a town, and stops being enough the moment you want the towns either side of it. Fully Managed covers a whole market and puts positions in writing. Blitzkrieg exists for verticals where the top of the page is already owned and the only way in is out-producing the company sitting there. Each one is a retainer to start plus a monthly, and both numbers are below. This is the whole price list and there isn't a second one.

#1 for at least 5 valuable keywords within 12 months — or your $25,000 retainer comes back.
A guarantee is worth exactly as much as its definitions, so here are ours, in public, before you've paid anything.
- A "valuable keyword" is a commercial-intent search someone uses when they're ready to buy what you sell — with real, verifiable monthly volume in the tracking tool we both agree on.
- It is never your own brand or company name, and never a near-zero-volume phrase we picked because it was easy.
- All 5 keywords are agreed with you in writing before work starts and named in the agreement. We do not choose them afterwards.
- "#1" means position one in organic results — or the top of the local map pack for local searches — in your target market, held for 30 consecutive days inside the 12 months.
- Approve or publish what we produce within 5 business days.
- No SEO changes to the site outside our process, and no second SEO firm working the same site.
- We keep admin access to the site, the Google Business Profile and analytics for the full term.
- The pages we build stay live and indexed, and the account stays current on payment.
- No domain change or full site rebuild mid-term unless we agree a reset in writing.
If we miss, the $25,000 retainer is returned in full. Monthly fees for work already delivered are not refunded — we're telling you that here rather than in a footnote on page six. What you keep when we part ways is set out in your agreement: work we deploy onto a site you own stays yours, while the pages we host on URLs we control stay ours unless you buy them out. The guarantee is measured over a 12-month window, so that's the horizon this campaign is built around.
What we won't promise you
If you've been reading that guaranteed SEO is a scam, you've been reading correctly. It usually is. The trick is always the same: guarantee a position on a phrase nobody searches, then point at it. So here is the other side of our guarantee.
We won't guarantee a keyword we picked
Any firm can hit #1 for "emergency slab repair contractor north Aurora Tuesday." It's worth nothing and they know it. Our five come from a list you approve before the work starts.
We won't promise every industry
For most industries we can reach #1–4 in local search and the top 10 nationally inside a year. Most — not all. Some national terms are held by brands with twenty years and eight figures behind them, and nobody honest moves you past that in twelve months. If yours is one of those, we'll say so before you pay, and point you at Blitzkrieg instead.
We won't show you other people's numbers
No borrowed case studies, no hockey-stick ROI charts, no logos of companies we've never worked with. You get a defined guarantee, a monthly list of what shipped, and — before you pay anything — a free audit of where you rank today. Your positions, not somebody else's.
Yes, it's real money. Here's the arithmetic.
Local Express is $5,000 to start and $1,500 a month, so year one is $23,000. On a $12,000 roof that is two jobs. On a $6,500 concrete job it is four. On a $4,000 changeout it is closer to six. Those are industry ranges and they move with scope and market, so run it against your own average ticket and your own margin rather than ours — and if the number doesn't clear easily in your trade, we'll tell you that before you pay.
The harder question isn't whether SEO is worth it. It's whether the last person you paid was doing it. That's the one thing on this page we can settle quickly — send us your site and your market and we'll tell you exactly where you rank today, what's broken, and which of the three packages actually fits. If the honest answer is the $1,500 one, that's what we'll say.
The questions people actually ask
My last SEO company took my money for a year and did nothing. Why is this different?+
Because you can check. Every month you get a list of what shipped — pages published with their URLs, links earned with the sites they came from, technical fixes made, reviews collected. If a month's list is thin, you'll see it before we do. Most agencies report on rankings because rankings are slow and vague. We report on work, then on rankings.
How long before I actually rank?+
Meaningful ranking movement takes three to six months. That's the honest answer and anyone giving you a shorter one is guessing or lying. What you get before then is visible work: pages live in week two, your Google profile rebuilt, technical faults cleared. Deliverables now, rankings later.
How long am I committed?+
National Blitzkrieg is an 18-month minimum, stated up front — a campaign at that scale does not produce in six months and we're not going to pretend otherwise. On Fully Managed, the guarantee is measured over a 12-month window, so it's built and quoted as a 12-month program. For Local Express the term goes in writing on your quote before you pay anything. Ask, and you'll get a straight number rather than a maybe.
What does "we control the URL" mean?+
While we're working together, the pages we produce are published and controlled by us, so they go live the day they're written instead of sitting in your web guy's queue for three weeks. That's the difference between shipping twelve pages a month and shipping four, and it's why we can move at the pace we do. What you own when the engagement ends depends on where the work lives — the fixes we make to a site you already own stay yours; the pages we write and host on URLs we control stay ours while we host them. Your contract sets the split for your package, so you read it before you sign.
What happens to the work if we part ways?+
It depends on where the work lives, and your agreement spells it out before you sign. Work we deploy onto a site you own is yours — your own site stays your own site and the fixes we made to it stay done. The pages we write and host on URLs we control are different: while we host them, they're ours. On our lighter and discounted packages — the common case — that hosted content stays with us, and ownership of it transfers to you only on a full buy-out, on the terms your contract sets. The rule is simple: if we host it, it's ours; if we deploy it to your own server, it's yours. You read that split at the start rather than discovering it at the end.
Do I need my web developer for any of this?+
No. We need admin access to your site, your Google Business Profile and your analytics — that's it. If your developer wants to be in the loop, great, we'll work with them. If they went dark two years ago, that's fine too.
Isn't AI killing search? Why invest now?+
Search changed, it didn't stop. People now ask an AI for a contractor and the AI answers from sources it trusts — which are the same well-structured, well-linked pages that rank. We build for both. The bigger point holds either way: paid traffic stops the day your card declines, and the pages we build for you keep working.
Why not just run ads instead?+
Run both if you can. Ads rent the traffic and stop dead when you stop paying. SEO owns it and compounds. That's exactly why the Blitzkrieg package includes sponsored campaign setup alongside the organic work — the two feed each other, and the paid data tells us which organic pages to build next.
Which package do I need?+
If you're one location trying to own one town, Local Express. If you have a real market to defend and want positions in writing, Fully Managed. If you're going after a vertical somebody else already owns and you need volume to take it, Blitzkrieg. Tell us your trade and your market and we'll tell you straight — including if the answer is the cheapest one.
Is the ad spend included in the Blitzkrieg price?+
No, and we say so plainly rather than letting you find out at the first invoice. The $48,000 retainer and $12,000 a month cover our work. Ad spend is separate and on top: you set it at whatever level you're comfortable with, and it's your budget. We configure the campaigns and run them against it.
Find out where you actually rank
Send us your site and your market. We'll come back with your current positions, what's holding you down, and which package fits — before you've spent anything.
Ranking gets them to the site. Chat is what catches them once they're on it.
