CRM integration: every lead in your CRM, every follow-up handled. Without anyone typing a thing.
You paid to get that lead. Then you paid again when it sat in an inbox all weekend and nobody called it back. That is what CRM integration is for. We connect your website and phone assistants to the CRM you already run — ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro, HubSpot, most of the rest — and build the routing and the follow-up that makes sure a lead never quietly dies again. We build it. We run it. You do not become the person who maintains it.
An add-on to your LeadPulse chat or voice plan. Works with most major CRMs. Month-to-month. You own every account we set up.
Nothing talks to anything.
Contact info in one place. Call notes in a notebook on the dash. Job status in a spreadsheet. What happens next, in your head. It holds together right up until it's busy — and busy is exactly when a lead is worth the most.
The inbox is not a system
An email that says “new lead” is a notification, not a process. It gets read at a stoplight, mentally filed, and buried by eleven more before lunch. Nobody is at fault. There was never anywhere for it to go.
You're typing it in twice
Once when you read it. Again when somebody keys it into the CRM, usually days later, usually with the address slightly wrong. That second pass is the one that gets skipped when the week gets away from you.
“I meant to call him Thursday”
You talk to somebody Tuesday. You plan to call back Thursday. By Friday something bigger took over, and the callback lives nowhere except your memory. That job did not go cold. It went to whoever did call.
The expensive part isn't the one job. It's the money you already spent to make that phone ring — the ads, the SEO, the truck wraps — multiplied by every lead that slipped out the back the same way.
We don't replace your CRM. We connect to it.
You already paid for it. Your crew already learned it. There is no migration, no new software for anybody to log into, and no weekend where the office stops working while something gets moved. Your CRM stays exactly where it is and starts getting fed properly.
And most of the others. If yours isn't on this list, ask — we'll tell you straight whether we can connect to it before you spend a dollar, instead of finding out halfway through a build. If the answer is no, that's the answer, and we'll say so on the first call. And if all you have today is a spreadsheet, we can start there.
“We've got a CRM. Nobody uses it.”
We hear it on most first calls, and the reason is always the same. The CRM asked your guys to type things in and gave them nothing back, so it turned into a reporting tool for you instead of a selling tool for them. Nobody adopts a system that costs them time.
So we come at it backwards. Leads land in there already filled in. They're assigned to a person before anyone opens the app. The follow-up is already going out. Your crew doesn't have to change a habit for it to start working — and a CRM that hands them a live job every morning is one they open on their own.
A lead that arrives finished.
Not “someone chatted on your website.” A name, a working number, the job, the address, whether it's an emergency, and what they actually said — in the fields your CRM expects, ready for somebody to work.
Every chat, into the CRM
- The whole conversation attached to the record, not just the form fields
- Job type, size, repair-or-replace, timeline — captured as it talks
- Service address confirmed before the chat ends
- Consent for texts and email captured and stored correctly
Don't have the chat assistant yet? Start with website chat →
Every call, into the CRM
- Caller details written straight into the record, no re-keying
- Recording and transcript attached to the job
- Booked appointments land on the calendar you already use
- Screened spam never becomes a contact you have to clean up
Don't have phone answering yet? Start with the answering service →
A record is only as good as the questions that filled it.
If your CRM needs a service address and a job type to be workable, then the chat and the phone assistant have to actually ask for those — every time, without sounding like a form. So we write and tune what they ask, in what order, for your trade and your service area. Then we keep tuning it: when you add a service, change your hours, stop taking a job type, or start covering a new county, you tell us and we handle it. You never open a settings screen.
The right place, the right person, on its own.
Getting the lead into the CRM is the easy half. The half that actually books jobs is what happens in the next ten minutes. We build those rules with you once, in plain English, and then they just run.
It lands in the right place
A drain call and a full re-pipe are not the same job. Leads sort themselves by trade, by service area, by whichever of your locations covers that zip — into the pipeline you actually work out of.
It's assigned to a person by name
Not to "the office." To Danny. He gets it on his phone, it shows up under his name in the CRM, and if he's on vacation it goes to whoever is covering him instead of sitting there.
Somebody knows if it goes cold
Set the clock — fifteen minutes, an hour, whatever's honest for your shop. Lead sits untouched past that, it escalates and you hear about it. You find out the same day, not when the customer tells you they hired somebody else.
Nothing shows up twice
The same homeowner who chatted Tuesday and called Thursday is one record, not two. Duplicates get merged before anybody wastes a callback on a job that was already booked.
The first call is easy. It's the second one nobody makes.
Somebody has to chase people. Nobody in a contracting business has time to, and it's the first thing dropped in a busy week. So we build the chasing into the system and write the messages so they sound like your shop instead of a template.
They didn't pick up
A text goes out inside a minute — while they still remember filling in your form. Then a follow-up the next morning, and one more a few days later. Then it stops. It does not hound people.
You quoted it and heard nothing
The quiet pile that costs the most. A few honest check-ins over the next couple weeks, spaced like a human would space them, so the ones who were only busy come back and the ones who went elsewhere stop taking up room.
The seasonal reminder
Furnace tune-ups before the first cold snap. Sealcoating in spring. Gutters before the leaves. The customers you already earned get a reason to call you again, at the time of year it actually matters.
The call you missed
A missed call gets a text back on its own, in your name, before they've finished dialing the next guy. Most people will answer a text at 7 p.m. They will not leave you a voicemail.
You've got a customer list. It's doing nothing.
Every name you ever quoted, served, or nearly closed is sitting in that CRM. That list is the cheapest work you will ever get, and most contractors email it twice a year because writing the thing is a job nobody wants. We do it.
- We write the campaigns — seasonal, service reminders, promotions
- We build the schedule and send them on it
- Your list segmented properly — past customers, quoted-not-booked, by service
- Connected to the email platform you already pay for
- Unsubscribes and consent handled the way the law expects
- You approve every campaign before it goes out
Already on Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Constant Contact or whatever came with your CRM? Stay there. We work inside it, and the account stays in your name.
What it won't do.
You have probably been sold software that made your week worse. Here is what we will not do to you, stated plainly enough that you can hold us to it.
Won't replace your CRM
You already paid for it and your crew already learned it. We connect to it. Nobody has to migrate anything or learn a new screen.
Won't make more typing
If a change means somebody has to enter more than they do today, we built it wrong. The whole point is that leads arrive already filled in.
Won't switch anything off on a promise
Your current path keeps running while the new one is tested next to it. We turn the old one off after you have watched real leads come through the new one, not before.
Won't hold your accounts hostage
Every account is in your name. Every automation lives in your CRM, not in some agency workspace you lose access to when you leave.
Won't hide the platform bill
Your CRM bills you directly, the way it does now. We don't resell it, mark it up, or slip it into our invoice where you can't see it.
Won't leave it to drift
CRMs ship changes. Seasons change. Your prices change. Keeping the routing and the campaigns current is the monthly fee — it's not a maintenance ticket you have to file.
Four steps, and three of them are ours.
We look at what you actually run
One call. What CRM, where leads come in now, who is supposed to call them back, and where they are getting dropped. Usually the leak is obvious inside twenty minutes.
You get the plan in writing first
What gets connected, what gets automated, what it costs, and the date it goes live. You approve it before anything is built. No discovery invoice, no scope that grows.
We build it and test it next to your current setup
Real leads, run through both paths, until you have seen it land right in your CRM with your own eyes. Nothing gets switched off until that part is boring.
It goes live and we keep it running
We scope the timeline to how many lead sources and locations you run and put it in writing before you pay anything. This is a done-for-you integration we build on request, and nothing goes live until it is proven next to your current setup.
A build fee once. A flat fee monthly.
These are add-on prices on top of a chat plan ($297/mo) or a voice plan ($597/mo), each of which carries its own one-time setup fee on top of that monthly. The build is real work that happens once and is priced once. The monthly is keeping it running and managing the campaigns. Here is our side of it, one-time fees alongside the monthly.
CRM Connect
$149/ month
+ $589 one-time build
Basic CRM integration: one CRM, both assistants, every lead lands complete.
- One CRM, connected to your website and phone assistants
- Every lead arrives as a full record, not a notification
- Name, number, job type, address, urgency — in the right fields
- Instant alert to your phone and to whoever is on call
- Duplicate leads merged, not doubled
- We keep the connection working — that is the monthly
- Month-to-month, cancel anytime
Nurture & Workflow
$349/ month
+ $1,489 one-time build
Routing, assignment, and the follow-up that books the ones you'd have lost.
- Everything in CRM Connect
- Routing and assignment rules — the right person, by name
- Speed-to-lead timer with escalation when one goes cold
- Nurture sequences: no-answer, quoted-not-booked, seasonal
- Missed-call text-back in your name
- Email campaigns written, scheduled and managed for you
- Connected to the email platform you already pay for
- Monthly report on what came in and what got answered
Multi-location
Custom
scoped build fee
Several locations, several lead sources, routed to the right crew.
- Everything in Nurture & Workflow, across every location
- Several lead sources — site, phone, Angi, Thumbtack, Google LSA
- Routing by location, trade, or crew
- Two-way sync — it reads your CRM back, not just writes to it
- Per-location reporting, not one blended number
- Priority build and a named point of contact
What it comes to, all in.
- Chat + CRM Connect
$446/ month
One time: $489 plan setup + $589 build
- Chat + Nurture & Workflow
$646/ month
One time: $489 plan setup + $1,489 build
- Voice + Nurture & Workflow
$946/ month
One time: $789 plan setup + $1,489 build
The monthly is what recurs. The one-time line is charged once, at the start, and it is two fees, not one: the setup fee on the base plan and the build fee for the CRM tier. On top of that sits whatever your CRM already bills you, which stays on your account. Voice plans also meter talk time past the 500 minutes they include — the chat and voice pages carry those plans' full terms. Every number that applies to you is in your written quote before anything starts.
Your CRM keeps billing you directly. We don't touch it.
Our fee is for our work. Whatever you pay ServiceTitan, Jobber, HubSpot or Klaviyo stays on your account, in your name, and it goes up as your list grows — that's between you and them. We don't resell it, we don't mark it up, and we don't bury it in our invoice. Worth knowing what the going rate is before you compare us to anyone: HubSpot, for one, publishes onboarding fees that run into the thousands, one time, before anybody has sent an email. Check the current figure on your own CRM's pricing page — it is published, and it is not on our invoice either way.
- No per-lead fee
- No per-contact or per-record fee
- No charge to change a rule or a campaign
- No integration fee bolted on later
- Month-to-month — no annual lock-in
- Build fee quoted in writing before anything starts
The build fee covers mapping how leads reach you today, connecting your assistants to your CRM, writing the routing and assignment rules, building your follow-up sequences, and testing it live next to your current setup until it's proven. One time. Prices in US dollars.
We prove it next to your current setup — and the terms live in your agreement.
Our chat and voice plans carry a leads guarantee — the specifics live in your service agreement — because those products actually go out and capture leads. This one doesn't. Routing and follow-up stop you losing the leads you already paid for, so guaranteeing you a lead count for integration work would be us taking credit for someone else's job. Here's what we do control, and what we'll put in your agreement:
- We scope your setup on request and put the go-live timeline in your service agreement before the build starts — no dated promise you didn't agree to.
- Nothing gets switched off until the new path is proven with real leads. If we can't make it work, we roll you back to exactly what you had and you're out nothing.
- You own every account, every automation and every contact record. Cancel us and it all keeps running.
See what a finished lead actually looks like.
We run 19 live assistants on real Denver-metro contractor sites — HVAC, concrete, fencing, duct cleaning, and warehouse companies. They're open right now. Go push one: ask it a trade question, give it a vague job, see what it pulls out of you. Everything it gets is what lands in the CRM record.
Then let us build yours, free, on your own brand — and on that call we'll walk your actual CRM and tell you where your leads are leaking today. Whether or not you buy anything.
The questions we get asked
Do I need to be a LeadPulse chat or voice customer?+
That is how it is priced, because most of the value comes from us owning the lead end to end — we know exactly what the assistant captured, so we know it will land clean. If you are generating leads some other way and want them routed and nurtured, tell us what you have and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth it.
We already have a CRM and nobody uses it. Why would this be different?+
Because we are not asking anyone to use it more. Almost every CRM that goes unused died the same way: it asked the crew to type things in and gave them nothing back, so it became a reporting tool for the boss instead of a selling tool for the guys. We come at it from the other end. Leads show up already filled in, assigned to a person, with the follow-up already moving. Nobody has to remember anything for it to work. If our build means somebody types more than they do today, we got it wrong.
Do I have to switch CRMs?+
No, and we would talk you out of it. Whatever you run — ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro, HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, and most of the rest — we connect to it. Your data stays where it is, your crew keeps the screen they know, and there is no migration to survive.
Can't I just use Zapier for this?+
You can, and for a single hand-off it works fine. What it does not do is decide which of your four crews owns a lead, merge the same homeowner who chatted Tuesday and called Thursday, write the follow-up that goes out when nobody picks up, or notice at 6 a.m. that your CRM shipped an update overnight and the connection stopped. That last one is most of what the monthly fee buys. Zapier moves a record. It does not own the outcome.
What does it cost, all in?+
CRM Connect is $149 a month plus a one-time $589 build. Nurture & Workflow is $349 a month plus a one-time $1,489 build. Multi-location is scoped and quoted. These are add-on prices on top of a chat plan ($297/mo) or a voice plan ($597/mo), and those plans carry their own one-time setup fee — $489 on chat, $789 on voice. So your first invoice is our build fee plus that setup fee, not the monthly on its own. Voice also meters talk time past the 500 minutes it includes; the chat and voice pages carry those plans' full terms. Your CRM's own subscription stays on your account and is not part of our bill. Every number here is quoted to you in writing before anything starts.
Why is there a separate build fee?+
Because the build is real work that happens once: mapping how leads reach you today, connecting the assistants to your CRM, writing the routing and assignment rules, building the follow-up sequences, and running live leads through both paths until it is proven. The monthly after that is keeping it working and running the campaigns. Splitting the two is honest — one bundled number would just hide the ramp inside your first year.
How long until it is live?+
It depends on how many lead sources and locations you run. This is a done-for-you build we take on by request, so we scope your specific setup on the first call and put the timeline in writing before you have paid us anything — rather than quoting a number here that may not fit you.
What happens to my data if something goes wrong?+
Nothing gets switched off until the new path is proven. We run the new one alongside what you have now, with real leads, until you have watched it land correctly in your own CRM. If we cannot make it work, we roll back to exactly what you had and you are out nothing.
Do I own it if I leave?+
Yes, and this matters more than it should have to. Every account is created in your name. Every automation lives inside your CRM. Every contact record is yours. Cancel us and it keeps running — we do not take the machine with us, and we do not park your setup in an agency account you lose the keys to.
Does this touch my website? Do I need my web guy?+
No. This is all on the CRM side of the line. If you already have our chat or voice assistant, it is already sending us the lead — we are just changing where it goes next. Nobody has to touch your site.
Stop paying for the same lead twice
One call. We'll show you where your leads are going cold and what it takes to fix it.
